Privacy Policy

This notice explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through the contact form on the flyncp marketing site, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It does not cover the flyncp platform itself — see section 2.

2. What this notice covers

This notice applies only to the contact form on the flyncp marketing site, which you use to request a demo or get in touch. It does not cover the data processed inside the flyncp platform — campaign and participant information, including uploaded receipts. That processing is governed separately by the terms and privacy documentation provided within the application.

3. What data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• Your full name
• Your work email
• Your company
• Your estimated campaign volume

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use these details only to respond to your demo or contact request — to assess fit, scope your campaign, and follow up with an offer or a pilot recommendation. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where your request is a step toward entering into a contract, on the need to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we need them to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do rely on service providers — such as email and hosting providers — who process the data on our behalf and under our instructions. These providers act as our processors within the European Union.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to have it rectified or erased. You can also restrict or object to how we use it, and request portability of the data you provided.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority:

9. Governing framework

This notice and our processing of your personal data are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and Romanian Law 190/2018.
